Recently my wife at an the connecting woman in technology event which is born an idea by my friend ayesha that she talks about in this post. connecting womans is about colleagues supporting each other in the industry where woman are a minority.
The core problems are:
Attracr woman in the industry
Ensure equality in promotion aspects.
My personal opinion that these are infact business problemsI i think the real main problems and the route cause is the acceptance of differences.
